Nothing but love for RippleMatch!
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with RippleMatch. I feel like I am valued as a customer, and I am meeting such great candidates!!! Shoutout [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!
PROSThe ability to view "matches" saved a lot of time in the sourcing process. Students are already warm leads, and it was incredibly easy to track their interest in the company through their profiles.
CONSWhenever I try and multitask and I half-screen my browser, it becomes a bit difficult to see the holistic program view. But this is SO SMALL I am having trouble thinking of a con!

Our Secret Weapon
We can really scale our recruiting/sourcing efforts through ripplematch and that makes me really excited. Especially as we navigate high volumes of open roles, a small team of recruiters and a focus on hiring top, diverse talent equitably across North America.
PROSI love the UI and how intuitive it is to use this software. I appreciate that this tool gives us access to crucial candidate details and helps us hire GREAT talent. The algrothims that help us match with students is awesome and I really enjoy working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]- you all have been amazing.
CONSThere are still features we would need implemented in order to fully rely on RippleMatch for our CRM. Part of that issue has to do with our own challenges with integrations and our internal tools, however I am confident we will get closer to full integration in the coming years.
Reason for choosing RippleMatch
We ultimately decided to go with RippleMatch based on cost, and our experience with our customer service reps. We also liked this UI better, and had heard rave reviews from colleagues.

Our team uses the matching feature on a weekly basis to find candidates for our analytics and engineering hiring, both interns & full-time. We receive usually 15-25 matches per week per role, which is based off of criteria we have provided RippleMatch. This means the majority of candidates are qualified for our positions, and saves our team tons of time on sourcing!
CONSOur integration has not been completed with RippleMatch yet, which creates a lot of manual work for our team. Once the integration is completed, it will help us be even more efficient!

We love RippleMatch!
The team at RippleMatch is phenomenal. While I know they are growing quickly, they make it feel like you are their only client and truly have your best interest in mind when helping you to make decisions.
PROSRippleMatch is so easy to use, and matches you to high quality candidates every week. It has really widened the scope of schools that our team has interacted with - we have hired so many interns that we would have never met without RippleMAtch!
CONSThis is a hard question to be honest...the only thing I would change would be to add in a way to see the full scope of candidates you interacted with - once they are no longer in process you no longer see those candidates when tracking. Otherwise, no complaints :)

Ripplematch platform review
Ripple match makes my job easy by sourcing top tier candidates from diverse backgrounds to send to my teams. i am able to single handedly staff me UR program using this platform. RM customer service and quality is unmatched.
CONSI do not have any cons as of yet. Ripple match has fully met all of my expectations

RippleMatch Review
I have had nothing but great experiences with RPM. Through using the system itself, to their wonderful employees such as our account rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
PROSI love how user friendly it is and the amount of diverse candidates we find through RPM.
CONSI cannot think of a con. Maybe making the different stages to move candidates can have a little more clarity.

A must have tool for university recruiting
Has opened our eyes to a lot of additional universities and alternate recruiting methods than going on-site to a career fair.
PROSEase of use, customer service, variety of candidates, and ability to tailor what profiles you are seeking.
CONSI wish there was a way to have templates to choose from when moving candidates forward instead of having to have separate jobs for candidates you meet through Automatch, events, your own ATS, and then getting them into the recruiting process in RippleMatch.

Our product team is very helpful and willing to talk through any questions or concerns we have.
PROSThe "events" function is a great toll we use to advertising and our internal events we host.
CONSThe communities function is a bit confusing to navigate. It is not clear whether certain candidates have already been reached out to as it shows job roles some students have applied for.

Great Sourcing Tool for Early Talent
Great! The help from my acct manager has been amazing when needed. Additionally, amongst all the resources we have access to use at SAP, RippleMatch has quickly become my favorite due to its usability.
PROSLove how user friendly this software is. I can easily navigate what I need to do at ease. In addition, I love how versatile this platform is. I am able to use it to source, post positions and check out what some of the top talent is around the country.
CONSI honestly cannot think of anything I would "complain" about while using this software. I am sure if I was more of a "power" user, I might come up with something.. but in general I the ease of use is top priority and it does that for me.

Great For Early Career Recruiting!

I love the how easy the platform is to use. I love the opportunities it gives us recruiters to hire diversity.
CONSThe way the platform allows us to reach out to candidates can be easier. When we are sourcing and sending out applications for a role, they have to go through RippleMatch first.

Powerful Metrics that Save Time
RM has been pivotal in reaching students in impactful ways, particularly in regard to Black and LatinX talent.
PROS- ability to reach target demographic - data tools - versatility; we do sourcing as well as event promotions
CONSCandidate pool is relatively small. It's difficult to differentiate yourself as an employer when you're in a general/less niche industry. Additionally, it would ne great if there was more diversity of schools represented (vocational, community and junior colleges, etc.)

Innovative product with the best customer service!
Ripplematch is a great product that provides an innovative and effective new way to match with early career candidates. Their product is very intuitive and their team ensures you are maximizing it's potential.
CONSThere is area for improvement around your ability to target specific candidates through auto-matching. I wish there were more characteristics/filters to help inform our company's custom souring algorithm.

Great recruiting product!
I like working with an assigned account manager to help work through solving and working through diversity recruiting solutions. The platform has helped to add and diversify our recruiting funnel with some stellar candidates!
CONSIt'd be great to have the ability to send different messages to candidates after they are auto-matched; like advance to phone screen, keep warm, etc.

I’ve hires a couple of quality candidates for a System Engineering role so it did help with that.
PROSI like the fact that it’s very easy to use and navigate through this software.
CONSI don’t like that you can’t specify a job title. When the title is too broad it can attract candidates that aren’t qualified.
