Pros/Cons
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
- I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
Pros
- CareerBuilder has amazing search features that allow you to save candidates and utilize notations for each candidate.
- I have used Carrier Builder Applicant Tracking when I helped recruit interns at WSU. It is simply an amazing software, where everything is streamlined and perfectly organized.
- The ease of access and visibility on the webpage are second to none. The user friendly webpage layout, made navigating very easy and effective.
Cons
- When we elected to pause the service, we were still charged, even though we had documentation that we elected not to have the service. It ended up being a nasty fight with disputing charges, etc.
- Data pool is low, only the candidates who upload there resume are available. Also there is no authencity about the data available.
- Using Boolean commands to look for candidates is hard to master at first.
