  • Pros

  • I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
  • Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
  • It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
  • Cons

  • This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
  • Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
  • Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.

  • Very easy to use with excellent features that exceeded my expectations and very good in price. It contains all what the employee needs and even more simple than any other HR solution.
  • Even our employees are loving to use the application with ease. We all are extremely happy to use the application with your continuous customer support.
  • The customization is amazing, the choices in what you can do is perfect for tailoring to different companies and makes it easy to set it up for what you need it for.

  • There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design.
  • At no point does anyone offer any assistance. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
  • The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.
