Pros/Cons
Pros
- I would recommend it to others. Additionally, the responses to any queries raised has been excellent, with all RotaCloud staff being really friendly, and super speedy.
- So the rostering of staff has become so much easier and also getting input/feedback on shift notes has really helped. Online assistance has been great and its ease of use is great.
- Very good customer service and friendly staff. Once used effectively will save you hours and time.
Cons
- I would struggle to give any negative feedback on this product. I cannot think of any problems I have had that they haven't rectified immediately.
- App at manager level is terrible. Cannot see who is off whereas on employee version you can.
- The cons I describe above are really small, and are 'enchancements' or dev requests more than problems. I could not run this business without RotaCloud.
Pros
- TimeClock is perfect for people that need an accurate way to look at all of their working hours and clock in an out with ease. It is a perfect software to use with employees and it is so easy to do.
- Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.
- Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.
Cons
- I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.
- On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.
- Also, I'm not sure if it is with my program in particular, but one personal dislike that I have is that it logs you out too soon. I could use a little more time with the site before it logs me out.
