Overall the experience is good. I have been a customer for many years.

The reporting side of it is hard for us a company as we have to provide quite detailed reports with lots of reports joining together.

The features are so easy to use, I tell everyone who needs to use it that they literally cannot break it. It is easy to navigate and the features added are getting better and better.

The cost is really reasonable for a small company like ours.

Customer service and support is excellent, response time is excellent.

I love this programme because I can plan ahead our rotas for our cleaners and they get it on their phones. They know when they are in and the gps feature really helps.

Team love the online cloud based rota and app. Love that all Rota’s for all departments are visable easily and hours calculated.

The ability to print out reports and rotas is great.

I needed a piece of software that simply allowed me to integrate with calendars and allow my employees to select available shifts in advance to prevent me forcing people to work.

App at manager level is terrible. Cannot see who is off whereas on employee version you can.

The ease of the rota management and integration of the leave management within this.

RotaCloud is intuitive and easy for the rota administrators and the staff. The RotaCloud development team are really responsive and helpful.

I also love the reports and the availability/unavailability feature.

The customer service team are super helpful and interactive, will go above and beyond to help make the system work for you.

Ease of tracking everything  - costs, holidays, absence.

The business I'm in, a user friendly rota system is imperative, this is exactly what RotaCloud is. All my staff find it easy and that helps make my job so much easier.

The cons I describe above are really small, and are 'enchancements' or dev requests more than problems. I could not run this business without RotaCloud.

The 'Availability' function cannot cope with both ongoing requests and individual requests at the same time which is really frustrating.

The software is easy to use the lay out is good and easy.

RotaCloud is so easy to use, good layout and easy for staff to use too. Most of our staff use the App to keep on top of where they need to be.

Excellent, it is much easier uploading rotas than previously having to use and communicate printed out shifts. All staff can access and definitely value for money.

They are very quick to reply when you have a question and very helpful and friendly - nowadays that is so rare to find with customer service.

Fantastic, as mentioned fantastic value for money and gets the job done. Some fantastic features and also the customer support service is world class.

Brilliant for staff to be able to request holidays.

So the rostering of staff has become so much easier and also getting input/feedback on shift notes has really helped. Online assistance has been great and its ease of use is great.

I like being able to copy a shift from one day/person to another, and being able to copy a week's shift from one week to another. The reporting is good also, enabling me to do payroll easily.

Great desktop functionality - easy to use - attractive UI.

The reports are very useful for any piece of information required over any time scale.

I would struggle to give any negative feedback on this product. I cannot think of any problems I have had that they haven't rectified immediately.

This means that we are no longer calling round all employees which had impacted on their down time.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. Once used effectively will save you hours and time.

Great support and my staff love it. Makes managing 5 sites with 30+ staff so much easier.

There is nothing I can say that I dislike about this system.

I love that our employees can go online to see who is scheduled to be off on which days. This has saved so much grief in our office since only one person can be gone from each department at a time.

You should take care of your business but for the Valuable Clients. Believe me you will be best in market.

I especially appreciate two things: 1. it is easy to use without a lot of managerial administration and. It is a great way to track paid time off.

Oh, and the time that i needed customer service, they were friendly, quick, and so efficient.

I really enjoyed using this software because it was very easily/simple to navigate and understand.

The great thing is, through communication with TrackSmart's customer support team, they have been responsive in listening to their users and implementing changes as they are made aware of user needs.

This has been a great tool for our Company, easy to use and very cost effective. Our employees find this a very useful tool for requesting time off.

Tracksmart is user-friendly and remembers everything so we don't have to. It is a good value too and I have found that customer support is very responsive when I have questions.

This is helpful when they wish to request time off and/or see what their schedule will be like. It is very easy, straightforward and accessible to all.

To get it back on, our CFO had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with a rude rep who said it was out fault. They also cut off our service 1 day prior to the year expiration.

So overall, I've been VERY pleased with it. It also has a good price point.

We had an issue with an upgrade that messed up our PTO totals.

We appreciate the ease of use and the ability for employees to send attendance requests seamlessly.

TrackSmart has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is very difficult to contact a person who can provide assistance.

I like the fact that if you have a large office staff it helps you organize their info and important dates to remember.

I love being able to roll over time when required, and the reporting functions are great for reconciling and reviewing at the end of each year.

This product is fantastic for helping organize employees scheduled days off, personal inflammation, birthdays and so much more.

The only problem I have encountered is issues with a password.

It get glitchy and customer service poo poo's me blaming my computer. But I have no other issues with my computer.

For companies that don't have an integrated HRIS, this website is very helpful. Especially with remote employees.

Also, I like that employees can email me their time off request in advance. Tracksmart is a wonderful tool to use for your company whether it's big or small.

Since it was taken over by TrackSmart it stinks.
