  • Pros

  • The features are so easy to use, I tell everyone who needs to use it that they literally cannot break it. It is easy to navigate and the features added are getting better and better.
  • Customer service and support is excellent, response time is excellent.
  • Cons

  • The reporting side of it is hard for us a company as we have to provide quite detailed reports with lots of reports joining together.
  • App at manager level is terrible. Cannot see who is off whereas on employee version you can.

  • The first start seems a bit difficult but the instructions you get in the training calls really help to hit the ground running.
  • I only used this software for less than 6 months at a previous job. It is very user friendly and made it incredibly easy to keep track of all of my CEU's that are required for my license.
  • Cons

  • When you are composing a message, there is no indication that you've timed out and as a result you lose the entire message while you were in process of composing it. This is very frustrating.
  • There are glitches a lot and they can be annoying sometimes.
