THE BEST PAYROLL SYSTEM
Salarium is really good software when it comes to HR and Financial needs. You can have everything in less than a minute or so.
Pros
- Friendly User Software - Good and accommodating Customer Service and they will help you with your problem - Disbursement of salary is now easy in just one click
Cons
- how to compute 13month computation. It's hard to understand how to compute the 13th-month pay.

Web Developers view Salarium
clock-in / clock-out then track it. Create a leave request or a time dispute, send it have it approved or declined. Get your payslip and save it on PDF. what more basic things do you need?
Pros
I loved the calendar on the site, you just click a past date and you can see your time in and out and how long you have worked. Documenting and sending any requests is a breeze saving time for both the employee and HR. Time disputes can also be requested and files, if for example you forgot to clock-in for the day, you can send a time dispute request and have your HR approve it.
Cons
Sometimes the site takes a while to load before you can clock out and when it does load, the calendar is not populated with past clock-in/clockouts. Its a hassle soemtimes, especially on fridays the ui/ux of the dashboard needs improvement. make everything easier to find. and solve the issue that every user has "what is this? what is that? what is this button? what does it to" yep... dumb everything down please.

Used to be a great service
Pros
Simple and straightforward user interface and round the clock chat support.
Cons
This is used to be a great service, but the platform has been slow and buggy recently probably because they're not able to keep up with the growth they're experiencing. What used to be lightning fast payroll processing is now painfully slow and problematic. I hope they fix their issues soon.

Salarium Payroll System
Migrating our payroll to salarium was one of the best decisions we've made.
Pros
Easy to customize Very affordable/almost free when you able of certain features. Scalable Employee Self service portal
Cons
High cost of compatible biometric device There were instances when tech support was very hard to reach The system logs out automatically after a short period of inactivity.

Worth Every Penny
Salarium is making my job easy. I love the way its generating our government forms. Attendance traker is also one of the most important and yet my favorite feature of salarium. More Power to the creator of this software
Pros
The best thing about salarium is its friendly user phase. Its easy as 1 2 3.
Cons
Uploading files. Some of the files that i need to upload is giving me errors. However the software is giving me a stemp by step guide for the format it needs to succesfully upload it. Big help also from chat supports

Very disappointing
Pros
Not much. This is probably because I'm frustrated for a few weeks now that I can hardly see the good in this software
Cons
It takes so long (2 weeks-3 months) for them to process identity verification of employees to avail of the salpay cards because they are not very clear with the specifics on the standards they need for proof of identity. And even if your employees comply, the system keeps on rejecting some uploads because of unknown reasons (I contacted support a lot of times already. By the way, that is just the first step in fully integrating your employees with Salarium. If your employees don't have the salpay cards, you'll have to pay the 250 pesos per employee fee. I wouldn't mind paying if the sole reason for the delays in processing employees salpay accounts is my fault alone. Plus, there are times when you have to recheck the computed payroll because of system glitches. Also, it's been more than a week that I've been seeing customer support chat service as unavailable.

Worst Service Ever and too many maintenance and downtime
Hassle. It was better if we don't switch account payroll.
Pros
Nothing much. Same to other banks. Nothing of great advantage.
Cons
The deductions suck! And the retrieval is not friendly. And would be charge too for processing if the complaint is invalid. Like what? Its already in the transaction records. Why do I need to prove it to you? And the dispute form to fill up is a PDF file and not editable. It was such a hassle that you would want to give the money to them nlang.

Payroll
Pros
The customer support is very accommodating, and easy to reach.
Cons
The computation of salary is confusing, the presentation on payslip makes the employees got confused due to the deduction then adding of un/worked holiday. Also the tax computation when the employee is absent is incorrect. The system needs to have some enhancement specially on varying shifting schedules. and payslip must be revised so that employees will not be confused
