Great tool with a great interface
The tool is great and offers all the functionality we need. The interface is clean and it is easy to find what is needed. All interactions I have had with customer support have been pleasant as well.
CONSThe PDF output when there are multiple scopes or a hybrid position with market data isn't as clean as the web interface.

Lots of data
I would recommend CompAnalyst to others looking to get market data to benchmark jobs!
PROSSalary.com/Companalyst is user friendly and holds enough data to find almost any job. Plus the ability to build a hybrid in the event you can't find a job, is helpful.
CONSMy cons are more about the level of service I've paid for at this point. I have a basic package and would benefit from more flexibility but have budget restraints.
