"SuccesFactors worked very well for setting and tracking goals. Whether it be quarterly or annually, the platform was great for keeping priorities in order and goals on track."

"So when I don't use it often, or even more importantly, for new people that are being onboarded, a clearly marked path in SuccessFactors helps to facilitate smooth onboarding. And for veterans, the clearly marked paths is helpful for review time."
