  • Pros

  • I love that the tool integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse and WorkforceNow, that it's easy to use, that it's visually appealing and customizable.
  • I have been using it for a while and so far it does a good job of an HR tool, I am overall happy with it.
  • I've implemented Sapling twice and found it easy to use and with a good CS rep, it'll go smoothly and your questions will be answered quickly. Once everything is set up, it's super easy to use.
  • Cons

  • The comments section and tasks sections was stuck and I had to refresh. Lost my comments and had to re-enter.
  • In getting up and running, the directive on how to load historical data from the employee perspective was vague.
  • I have seen issues where signed candidate documents are wiped, requiring new hires to resign the documents.

  • The ability for other employees to maintain their own schedule is excellent.
  • Excellent scheduling tool that improves productivity.
  • I use daily shift assignments a lot and would love to pick which columns to use (add employee code, remove notes). I would also really appreciate a log/history on the shifts.
  • Cons

  • Snapschedule is somewhat difficult to read as all its characters are not divided by space, so identifying a particular unit is difficult.
  • The price on this software was a little high. Also a little confusing to explain to others that use it.
  • After changing a shift I can no longer see what it used to be.
