Sentric is a pretty good HRIS system. When it comes to employee self-service, it is intuitive and easy to use.

You can run a lot of reports, but sometimes the reports are wrong. In Sentric you cant date stuff in the future which can be a little annoying.

I really like the ease of use and the incredible support. Our rep solves issues quickly and with great ease.

The payroll journal entry (to import into our G/L)  is also a problem area. Payroll reports are not very customizable.

Sentric is a fabulous choice for ease of use and integration.

The search and filter capabilities are a positive. The integrated time system and additional functionality of the upgraded time software is much better than what we had before.

The Paylocity implementation was very frustrating and stressful.

Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.

User friendly, easy to navigate, and customer service has been excellent. You can generate GL reporting in QB compatibility for easy upload.

I love that the employees can log into Paylocity and view their own checkstubs and tax records for the past several years. We love the ease of processing payroll too.

I like how it integrates different services into one system such as onboarding, database management, etc.

Overall it has been a good experience and a good value for the price.

The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.

Some of their payroll specialists are great; and it's never a super long wait for phone or chat support.

The set up barrier of entry here is high; you will have to spend a lot of time setting your stuff up, and it can be convoluted.

Some of our employees have complained that they have trouble navigating the employee portal.

Customer service can be very frustrating. Also, the differences between Web Time and Web Pay can be very confusing.

Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.

Integration and customer services have both been excellent.

We love the mobile capability for our team. Most features are accessible from smartphones, which helps our technicians in the field.
