We hadden een abonnement van 24,50 per maand voor 5 medewerkers en een jaar bedrag van 56 euro. (incl btw) Shiftbase besloot het abonnement eenzijdig zonder communicatie te verhogen naar 87,12 per maand. We hebben gebeld, per medewerker deden ze niet meer en ze hadden ons in het duurste abonnement gestopt. I find the overall UI quite engaging and believe users ranging from the tech-savy to the old not so skilled would find it easy to use. It has just the right amount of functionalities to make its usage simple and satisfactory. Cons: I don't like the mobile application as much as I like the website. Aside from the overall UI, it particularly lacks a functionality which I find to be amazing and time-saving. When specifiying my availability for each week, on the website, you can just copy the availability specified on a previous week for the current week. Now, our whole team is managed on the same platform, so everyone is able to see who's planned in for the day, who's on vacation etc. I hope the app will continue to be refined in the future, and that feedback from customers will be taken into account for the continuous development. It now saves 5 hours per month in calculating hours and vacations and planning has become much simpler. It will take a few hours to master, but it is very user friendly and complete. The helpdesk in the Netherlands is perfect. They are always directly accessible and you always have the right person on the line. And everyone knows exactly how everything works and who you are, so within 5 minutes a question is dealt with and a problem solved. Cons: Switching to this software simply takes time and attention. And you really need to schedule that. You actually have to take 2 full days to do so. But once everything has been set up, it's absolutely top-notch. Reasons for choosing Shiftbase I spent a lot of time (took a total of 3 months) on test versions of 5 providers, but Shiftbase came out the winner.
