"I also love being able to request days off from my phone as well so that when you make an appt or realize you need a certain day off you can request it as soon as you think of it. "

"ShiftWizard gives us the ability to manage our Help Desk shifts and coordinate Time Off Requests."

"I like how I can easily open the mobile app and check my schedule to make sure I am always making it to my shift on the correct day."

"There’s no ability to export your schedule to something like a shared google calendar and the mobile app sometimes takes forever to load for you to see your schedule."

"If you sign up for a partial shift, and don't recall what part of the shift, until you get approved or denied for the shift you can't access your note - you have to cancel the whole shift, and start over. "

"Additionally, if any changes are made in ShiftWizard, the end user is not notified, which can result in employees missing shifts or being late to shifts if a last minute change is made."
