No incentive was offered Used it liked it, onboarded my team they liked it, worked excelent for 1 month, then the problems with limits started poping up, paid 2 times, set up and onbaored diffrent teams on it. all ran into limit issue, contacted support, no response, contacted sales, they are telling me to buy less credits for more money than advertised. Pricing and limits still unclear. Charge me 5 k no problem, but dont call it unlimited. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros This is one of the best products i have used, outranking even applollo and other similar products like linkedin recruiter. #### Cons Biggest CON; Unlimited means limited, i have 3 diffrent accounts, for 3 diffrent teams, meaning i pay 3 times for the unlimited plan. Once your limit is reached, withing 1 -2 days of using this, the unlimited plan fails to tell you your limit. This could be done easily but they choose to keep it ambigous. The cost for this service is lower than any of the others I've used. #### Cons There isn't anything I didn't like about this tool. It's seamless and can be used with the browser extension. However, the software is worth it if your purpose for using it see a return on the investment. --- ### SignalHire has worst customer service on the planet and refused to refund me after my credit card declined payment to them. I thought I had been able the year before to remove my payment info, but I guess I hadn't and they kept charging my card despite being declined by my credit card company until it went through. They e-mailed me they were unable to issue me a refund! I've never received worse customer service, and a customer service rep completely unwilling to work with a customer that was blindsighted and now charged almost $500! Of course they are ABLE to refund me money after they can finally get a charge to go through they just don't WANT to refund me the money! #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros Providing e-mails of people when I worked as a researcher in executive search. If you like customer service representatives that do not know the difference between CAN'T and don't WANT to, then this company is for you! #### Cons Their customer service was horrible. I couldn't reach a person by calling, my e-mail was from a former work e-mail that I had no access to so I was unable to access my payment info, and they charged my credit card until it finally went through, and then said they were unable to refund the $497 annual renewal fee once it had been successful, but they canceled my membership as I wanted. This after I tried to get it cancelled only three business days after their charge went through and I became aware of it. No incentive was offered Excellent software for all sorts of vacancies! I do WW recruiting, my candidates are from various locations. SignalHire cover it! Features that I use the most are: search, ATS, broad database and personal contacts of candidates. Now I am able to reach anyone via mail, phone or social profile. Linkedin doesn’t give me this opportunity. SignalHire price policy is much more loyal than its competitors have. And it’s service is much better for me.
