We use it for all sorts of purposes including sending out a survey, coordinating a meeting, and also getting people to acknowledge reading an announcement. All very easy to setup. Cons: There's certain functionality that are missing, the most important being bumping to people who haven't filled out the survey. This is a manual effort to figure out who hasn't filled it out. When creating a poll, click the "add another question" button. This will turn your single question poll into a multi question survey and you'll be able to use all of the poll features such as "reminders". To send a reminder for a poll you posted, click the "Open" button. Then scroll down and select "Boost poll responses" from the drop down. Choose "reminders" and it will tell you who has not responded and you can choose to send them a DM reminder. Happy polling! I usually use it when I need to lauch a quick poll on Slack: I can select the channel to post the poll in, then I enter the Question or Topic, and finally I add some Options (you can also decide whether or not make the poll anonymous) but if you want to limit the number of votes per respondent, you need to upgrade your plan.
