Takes some time to load when closing and archiving an advert. Sometimes I have to try and move/copy a candidate multiple times before it will do it.

The level of support given by our account Manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the main asset to this platform. The system its self is pretty straightforward, there are a few points that could make it less "Clicky" but overall okay.

How Clicky it can be at times. It's also not clear how you can find certain uses, for example sending bulk invites to candidates. It is not integrated with Outlook or Teams

It's a fairly new investment but so far the ATS has allowed us to ensure our whole process works smoothly and delivers the service we want for candidate attraction, recruitment and onboarding.
