It used to take our HR department more than a week to prepare payroll , now it only takes a few hours to produce a correct and accurate payroll including leaves and permissions. Many other essential features that helped the company automate many processes. The employee self service is easy to use, it almost does require any training.

Needs speed improvements but it's not very noticeable. Applying for more than one leave causes an issue sometimes.. Smart HCM has informed us that this issue is resolved in the new release coming soon.

The stability of whole ERP containing many modules with most effective integration of almost countless work flows.

GUI should be improved. The design could be made more effective with more attractive background and theme.

The modules. It covers all HR domains. The smartphone app and attendance utility via app is very effective

Reporting side is very weak and basic. Needs dynamic reports. Reports cannot be used for analysis via vlookup

Software should be enhanced to other modules as well. It must be consolidated to one package solution for consumer.

Better UI and reporting features. Recommended for better HR/ER implementation, helps in easily manage attendance, leaves and other routine HR processes. Top of it, value for money.

So far so good, improvisation is an on going process with the conversion feedback into feed-forward.
