Good product easy to function keeping accurate record of work progress and leave days

Good visual presentation easy to use
Control without much effort in the management of human resources

Easy to schedule holidays and absence control in an efficient way, and this tool helps to control and manage the skills of workers, especially in the management of human resources helps a lot
Cons
The tool does not alert me in terms of excessive numbers of vacations which is for the worker to schedule his holidays without exceeding or accumulating excess days

SmartHR is easy to use and can be used on any computer platform
Pros
It's extremrly easy to use and you can check in the status of an application or even apply for a new job on the site.
Cons
The notifications for follow up on pending applications could be updated. I don't have an organized way of reaching out to an applicant once the application is submitted.

SmartHR- The Future of HR Management Systems
Despite a slow start in getting familiar with SmartHR, I have found the experience very smooth. The user friendliness is fairly good.
Pros
The seamless connection between HR and the payroll function makes it easier for payments and remittances. The interface is easy to navigate through.

I feel there should be more provisions for personal information
