Along with a core HR module that can be implemented standalone, the solution also offers integrated applications for applicant tracking, onboarding, performance review, goal management, time and attendance, learning management and more.
SmartHR helps users to manage information in a single database that helps them in statutory compliance reporting such as SDL, BBBEE, Equity and Seta. The solution can also be set to automatically send email or SMS reminders to groups for compliance events like permit expirations or training renewals.
The payroll application facilitates payroll across multiple countries, locations, currencies and countries. In the time management module, time can be recorded differently for hourly, salaried, project-based and management employees.
Additionally, SmartHR gives users access to employee information and analytics in real time. Support is offered via phone, email and online FAQs.

SmartHR is easy to use and can be used on any computer platform
It's extremrly easy to use and you can check in the status of an application or even apply for a new job on the site.
The notifications for follow up on pending applications could be updated. I don't have an organized way of reaching out to an applicant once the application is submitted.Review Source: Capterra
