The updated site design is refreshing and navigation has been streamlined to help a wider audience match jobs with job seekers and vice versa.

What I liked most about Snagajob is, its different from other job sites. Its something new to look at.

I love the fact that we are driving towards being paperless because of snag. User friendly software for hourly employees.

Great place to find a job or potential employees.

My only small complaint about Snag is really the lack of a variety of jobs that are outside of the retail industry.

You really can not do anything unless you pay for it.

People Matter has changed the whole way that we do our hiring. We get better fit for the job and save on hiring cost with quicker hires.

My overall experience with the software was not great, but the software was easy to use and would of been great had I actually got results from all my work searching.

Well i like most about this software and any when it comes to job searching, is the concept of making the search easier. Which the use of this software did make searching easy.

The only complaint is the site can be slow sometimes.

We have been plagued with errors, having people set up positions incorrectly and not responding to issues in a timely manner.

We love the ease of use of the PeopleMatter platform. We also find that they have excellent customer support.

Some of the candidates have trouble getting everything filled out. They seem to miss something.

It is also 10x less the cost of our previous software and once you get a hang of it so easy! the fact that you can update your job postings with the click of a button and post and unpost is great.

Some applicants would are less tech savvy struggle to apply.

I have some applicants complain about the length of the application and the number of advertisements they see.

Initially, we liked the idea of a hire's information flowing directly into their paperwork, presenting tax opportunities, and rating them as as red/yellow green.

Ability to get recruitment ads to a lot of viewers really is a big plus. Moved to this platform because of value.

Compared to related products out there, this one is fairly inexpensive. If you are looking for a few new hires, then I would recommend it.

I liked the amount of applications I was able to access and the ease of filling them out. Was able to get someone on the phone easy too.

I understand why, but it would be convenient to be able to restrict supervisors to have a small degree of Admin rights.

They have been quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful during the implementation process with getting information entered in a tight timeframe.

I enjoy being able to help review your coworkers, and to give them praises that their supervisor may not always hear about.

It could be a bad source of negative energy if some people hide behind their computer screens and leave negative comments.

Look at the functionality of the system and the ease of the navigation and administration. Not sure you will find another that matches it for the price point.

It's great to be able to acknowledge my co-workers. I like the feature that they can see the comment if I want them to.
