Credits package: Test results archived for 2 months and credits expire after 12 months from purchase: - Starter = 109€ for 10 credits - Small = 449€ for 50 credits - Medium = 690€ for 100 credits - Large = 999€ for 200 credits If some candidates and/or employees do not do their tests by the end of the session, the corresponding credits will be returned. Do you want your test to remain available for longer? No problem! You can extend the storage for 12 months with 1 Credit for 1 Test. Flat plan: 950€/per month, billed on a yearly basis, unlimited credits (no expiration date), test results archived for 12 months. The price is per single legal entity and for a maximum of 5 users. Possibilità di comparazione delle caratteristiche di personalità
la mia esperienza è complessivamente positiva dato che lo strumento dei test deve essere da appendice agli altri strumenti (valutazione del cv, colloquio).
PROSIl software consente di somministrare test che, per competenze diversificate, non sarebbe stato possibile elaborare e fornire in autonomia.
CONSi test della personalità hanno gli svantaggi tipici dei test stessi e cioè categorizzazioni che semplificano (talvolta in maniera eccessiva) le caratteristiche degli individui
