- The software is easy to use, the interface is appealing, the reporting is excellent, and the customization is just what we needed. The price is fair and a great value for what you pay.
- The service and technical support I got the team was exceptional. The tool was so intuitive and easy to use and the way in which I could set it up to improve team performance was really valuable.
Cons
- Not so much the software ut I was a little it disappointed that I could not download the group analysis.
- Lack / awkwardness of distinguishing between self and peer reviewers.
Pros
- It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.
- The most important feature I liked about this software is that it makes a positive interface and is feels good when you login and apply to jobs.
Cons
- A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.
- The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.
