- I care about my reps and they care about reaching their potential, Spiff has added a visual reason for me to line up my goals with theirs and create belief in what they're doing.
- I love Spiff because it's easy to use. Instead of using spreadsheets and uploading our deals from Salesforce, Spiff let's us do this automatically.
Cons
- Lack of reports and graphs. Needs more visualization.
- On-boarding was a bit hard and commissions were inaccurate at the beginning.
Pros
- Forms can be customized to our needs and even the creation of new forms is very easy and has helped our HR department save time /emails and paper work.
- I appreciate very much the flexibility of the platform, it is very customisable and supports particularities for various types of companies.
Cons
- I hate how you have to manually enter Jobs for projects. Even trying to automate the excel spreadsheet is broken half the time.
- I had a tiny language barrier while implementing the platform. I can't think of anything else.
