Plus, they handle my new hire paperwork, quarterly payroll filings and TAXES. They can also request vacation through Payroll and I am sure I am forgetting other features that happen in the background! They send reminders and make sure I'm following all the local, state and federal laws, and organize my employee taxes so easily. The transition was harder for me, as my former payroll company had a more manual system, and the formatting process was harder for me to understand than Square. The other company made it too complicated, and Square is much easier to use and navigate, once you get used to the system. It was tough, but their customer service team was always there, ready with a real person to help guide me. You should try them.
