This system is integrated into my POS. Easy for employees to clock in and out, self-manage their payroll setup (bank account, etc).

Users complained they didn't receive it, making an automatic process much more laborious.

As long as there are not errors it’s great. Customer service is great once you get it( but it’s a challenge getting through.

Square is a great system that helps with payroll and really makes it simple to invoice as well as payroll for the whole company.

Splitting deposits into more than one account has been and is available on every other payroll platform. It is crazy Square won't implement this option and is a huge annoyance.

I also like that it texts and emails reminding to do payroll. The price is great as well.

There are some instances that my Tracker stops without notifying me. But anyway, we can request to edit the time lost.

Synchronization problems with GIRA, sometimes the tasks disappeared from nowhere.

By the time the bug was fixed, I had to find a workaround for the problem and the solution was no longer applicable.

It can be confusing to work sometimes. You really just have to dig into it and learn the program.
