Setting up took very little time and I love that I can integrate my worker's comp using AP Intego. Customer service has been great when I've needed help.

Easy to use , great price ,awesome to have all information online.

I can directly contact customer via the loyalty program and quickly gain some feedback for better improvement for the product and service.

I was lured in by the price and the technology aspect of a tech company like Square.

Ease of use for sure, navigation, and customer support.

I love how easy it is to setup, add employees, and run payroll every week. I also love that they offer easy integrations with things like workers comp.

This system is integrated into my POS. Easy for employees to clock in and out, self-manage their payroll setup (bank account, etc).

Users complained they didn't receive it, making an automatic process much more laborious.

As long as there are not errors it’s great. Customer service is great once you get it( but it’s a challenge getting through.

Square is a great system that helps with payroll and really makes it simple to invoice as well as payroll for the whole company.

I absolutely love the ease of use, Square Payroll submits all my tax documents for me,  works up my W2 and W3 forms at the end of the year, it is so easy and effective.

I just ran my first payroll and it's super easy and super cool. It takes a lot of stress out of the whole situation.

They lacked key functionality for a small business owner to pay himself and avoid fines and late fees on taxes. This is a product for use for retail store employees to clock in and clock out.

The customer service is wonderful - everyone I talked to has been professional and helpful. Having taxes withdrawn and submitted for me is very helpful.

It gets the job done for a good price, but don't expect any fancy stuff and customizeable reports.

On the timecards, I still have to calculate sick pay manually. I would like my employees to be able to sign in to sick time on their own.

Splitting deposits into more than one account has been and is available on every other payroll platform. It is crazy Square won't implement this option and is a huge annoyance.

I also like that it texts and emails reminding to do payroll. The price is great as well.

Easy to do payroll deductions for uniforms and such. Putting employees in charge of getting their paystubs and keeping their tax info up to date is nice.

It offers all the necessary features at a fraction of the cost of the options. I love the location tracking features and the reporting.

IF your willing to invest some time to set up the app it can be super helpful and make time tracking pretty much fool proof. Integration with Quickbooks was super easy.

The software is user friendly and integrates effortlessly with our other software. The software helps us track our profits and resources.

Every once in a while the screen will refresh (might be my fault) and I'll loose what I've written.

Can be difficult to request time off. No Am and Pm have to change it yourself.

Once employee puts their leave request in, they cannot change it. It must be deleted (by the supervisor, if I'm remembering correctly) and re-entered.

Using timesheets as an employee is easy, the entries are a straight-forward input. Interface is clean and easy to use.

Also, you can only have one pay period, so if you have both salaried and hourly employees and they need different pay periods, you must do one manually.

I find the ease to add new users and jobs to be very user friendly. The support for the product has been ver very good.

We haven't experienced any cons or dislikes in using this software or complaints from the staff and others that use it.

Choosing a range of dates and employees to get a summary or detail report works great. Customer service is AWESOME, never lets me down.

To say that I am pleased would be am understatement. The technology is extremely easy to use and is a breeze for our least tech savvy employee.

This has been one of the best Time Tracking systems out there. Easy to use interface, DCAA compliant, company calendar, flexible reporting, etc.

I like that it easily integrates with QuickBooks Online.

Timesheets.com is cloud based so setup was super simple. The interface is nice and fresh looking and day to use is pretty simple and intuitive.

I like how it is so simple and it has that great option to control and manage your team's work. For that price i would recommend it 100.

As an administrator, it is refreshing to use software like this that just does what you want it to.

Timesheets.com also integrates with a lot of Payroll/HR systems so it's a natural fit for many companies.

If you don't have your phone, then you have to waste time to physically go to a computer to check in.

I have been very pleased with the customer support and their willingness to help resolve issues when they arise. We haven't implemented all the benefits of the software.
