Setting up took very little time and I love that I can integrate my worker's comp using AP Intego. Customer service has been great when I've needed help.

Easy to use , great price ,awesome to have all information online.

I can directly contact customer via the loyalty program and quickly gain some feedback for better improvement for the product and service.

I was lured in by the price and the technology aspect of a tech company like Square.

Ease of use for sure, navigation, and customer support.

I love how easy it is to setup, add employees, and run payroll every week. I also love that they offer easy integrations with things like workers comp.

This system is integrated into my POS. Easy for employees to clock in and out, self-manage their payroll setup (bank account, etc).

Users complained they didn't receive it, making an automatic process much more laborious.

As long as there are not errors it’s great. Customer service is great once you get it( but it’s a challenge getting through.

Square is a great system that helps with payroll and really makes it simple to invoice as well as payroll for the whole company.

They lacked key functionality for a small business owner to pay himself and avoid fines and late fees on taxes. This is a product for use for retail store employees to clock in and clock out.

The customer service is wonderful - everyone I talked to has been professional and helpful. Having taxes withdrawn and submitted for me is very helpful.

It gets the job done for a good price, but don't expect any fancy stuff and customizeable reports.

On the timecards, I still have to calculate sick pay manually. I would like my employees to be able to sign in to sick time on their own.

Splitting deposits into more than one account has been and is available on every other payroll platform. It is crazy Square won't implement this option and is a huge annoyance.

I also like that it texts and emails reminding to do payroll. The price is great as well.

Easy to do payroll deductions for uniforms and such. Putting employees in charge of getting their paystubs and keeping their tax info up to date is nice.

Overall, the price is amazing and the features are seamless to use.

I liked how easy this software was to use. My old job was the one who introduced this product to us and it was lovely.

It integrates well with both Slack and Google, so all our users are automatically on there, and linked with Google Calendar too. The interface is simple, clean and straight forward.

I dont like that the colors for different categories of leaves are overlapping sometimes and it gets confusing.

I find that their API could be extended a little further as there are things that I think it's missing.

You can mark leave as sick leave, vacation leave, etc. But you can only view the balance of 1 leave.

I like the most that the design is simple and clean, my information is displayed with big letters and clear, nothing is extra just spot on.

The ability to very quickly schedule all of my staff's holiday is great and the integrations with Slack are spot on. Getting a message delivered to us about the day's leave is extremely useful.

Timetastic is super easy to use and quick to set up. I like that every staff member gets a personal calendar as well.

I also have to say that I use it with a limited scope, so maybe there are some missing features for those who require something more advanced.
