StratEx HRMS Software

StratEx was designed to manage all parts of the human resources process and employee lifecycle, from hiring, to benefits administration, and performance review. The system is a fit for most mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses of all types, including advertising, banking, legal, retail, and more.

StratEx’s applicant tracking module allows recruiters to post job positions on job boards, screen candidates automatically using the survey feature, and streamline the entirety of the interview process. During the hiring process, StratEx ensures that all laws and policies are met, ensuring that each company is in line with all federal hiring regulations. Once an applicant is hired, the on-boarding process is entirely paperless.

Within the performance review module, StratEx helps track multiple types of reviews, including 360-degree reviews, and allows employers to set goals based on the employee’s current performance. The system also helps businesses track time and labor management, including scheduling, and sends text alerts when scheduling issues and other important thresholds occur.

Supported Operating System(s):
Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS, Web browser (OS agnostic), Windows 2000, Windows 8

Value for Money

Initial set up for new hires is quick, concise, and easy.

Pros

I like that it has applicant tracking, easy terminations to process, user-friendly from payroll to viewing pay history, expenses, and making any direct deposit changes. We transitioned to this platform from Trinet and I like a lot of the functionalities better.

Cons

For hourly employees, timesheets is not very user friendly. Edits, and time logging should be easier. I also think open enrollment for benefits should have an improved enrollment process.
