Tracking keeps losing contact with phone for one staff. We have tried to reinstall multiple times and no fix at this time.

As I mentioned, both sales and development were great to work with to set things up. We have implemented in the field (initial) and the output is very good.

The 2 most frustrating things with this software are the inability to make a customer inactive, and the lack of a place to make notes like gate codes.

IT's not a simple program to use or learn and the interface is stuck in the 2000's.

Few Technical Errors ,to have the desktop version of QB. Need to customize more options.
