Value for money
Removing the guess and promoting equity in determining raises.
I'll never go back to paper. I love Suiteval for doing 30-60-90 and annual evaluations. It's completely customize-able and that is a plus too. If I wanted to do a coaching on Suiteval I could. I like being able to look at the organization as a whole and compare like roles. I appreciate the normalization of the evaluatons to minimize supervisor bias. I can't say enough about this software. The implementation went smoothly and the team at Adaptive Bibo have easy templates to gather the data. We even used their expertise to help revamp all the job descriptions as part of this process. If you are looking for an easy tool to use for evaluations, Suite-eval is the way to go.
Suiteval has taken the guess work out of the performance evaluation process while placing some responsibility on the employee and his/her manager to validate perceived areas of great success and substantiate areas where improvement is needed. I cant imagine having to go back to the paper form of doing and tracking performance evaluations after using Suiteval. I can't say enough about it. I can also see it coming in handy when an employee accuses an organization of inequitable reviews or compensation.
Sometimes supervisors and employees forget to finalize the review and it sits in limbo until it auto closes and the data is not included in the analytics.
