sumHR is a cloud-based human resource management solution for small and midsize companies. Primary features include payroll automation, attendance and leave management, performance management, reimbursement management, enterprise social networking and human resource analytics.

Other features include onboarding, employee surveys, rewards, recognition, asset management, applicant tracking and file management. It allows employees to access their profile and import data from LinkedIn. Administration features include smart search, filters and bulk import. Users can create and manage multiple salary structures.

The attendance monitoring solution allows users to create and manage employee shifts, track past and current leave balances and leave policies. Users can create customized attendance policies that fit their organization.

It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Tablet and mobile device access for sumHR is also available. Support is offered via email and over the phone. Other help options include live chat, via webcam and in-app helpdesk.

Pros

The web interface of this software is full of featues and overall its very easy to use. UI is also user friendly.

Cons

What I like least about this product is there are not much features in app interface.
