Helping us enable our managers to become better team enablers

PROS

Helps us keep track of the key engagement challenges of our teams so we can do the necessary coaching to enable team leads to do a better job with their respective teams. The tool scores key parameters under which many sub parameters are being tracked. These are done via daily questions appearing as 30s requests on Slack. Very low friction asks from the team, but goes into some intense back of the scene calculations to give us a full picture of every team as a reflection of their manager's performance. So the scores tell us what a manager is doing very well on and what they need coaching on or support with. You get a ready reckoner on how to coach each person as well. It really makes the life of a manager really simple. With simple surveys, team leads can take some parameters further and do their own in-depth evaluations, or create new ways of engagement amongst team members. And then there is the culture view of the company. While as a founder you might have created a top rung with the key cultural characteristics, how would it translate into the next rung of leadership. Superbeings shows you the cultural changes, and you can decide whether you need any interventions or not. Super helpful, responsive product team that listens to your feedback!

CONS

The user experience needs work, and needs some getting used to.

Great way to get real-time engagement and culture information

It's been exactly what I was looking for. Provides interesting and actionable information in a real-time way with a very unobtrusive UI built into the chat system.

PROS

Superbeings is a great option if you use Slack or Google Chat as an organization. No channel switching is required and it captures great feedback on how the company engagement and culture are developing. Love the heatmap and other things in the admin dashboard to pinpoint areas for growth. I have also been really impressed at the support team. They're consistently collecting feedback for how to make the product even better than it already is.

CONS

So far I haven't had any problems. There were a couple small typos in the app, but when I pointed them out they were corrected immediately. Very strong support.

Increasing Employee Value for Remote Teams

My experience with Superbeings has been great it has provided me with meaningful insights which has helped me take decisions which helped in shaping the right culture for the organisation.

PROS

As a Manager it enables managers to track and create workplace experience. As an HR it helps me gain meaningful insights which helps me shape up the right culture for the organisation. Superbeings helps me to capture the right data points for decision making involving employee experience.

CONS

This software can have multiple features which shall improve org experience. Eg: Ability to appraise someone on slack like hey taco, ability to conduct daily standup in async format.

Impactful -- brings excitement to an otherwise mundane process

Very nice! Company culture and values is a very tough nut to crack and get people interested in; and superbeings does that.

PROS

I have always hated the end of year/mid-year employee reviews as they take up a lot of time; and most of the time I would just click through them rather than being diligent. Superbeings has brought that process to 30 seconds a day; and I feel more engaged in improving the culture of the company. I actually look forward to the question each day. It's also possible to get immediate feedback on how my peers are thinking; and I can submit my grievances in an anonymous fashion.

CONS

Could add more features that encourage collaboration.
