Every time I need help with something, they are very helpful and quick to respond. They have excellent customer service.

On those few occasions I had a question, SurePayroll was easy to contact and quickly resolved my questions. I've used both telephone support and live chat, and both were great.

My experience has been great, and when I've needed customer service they have been helpful. However, recently I had to get Cust.

I now owe $27,000 to NY which I absolutely don't have and don't expect to have anytime soon. This has been devastating.

Easy to use for the administrator and even the set up is very simple to complete. Online clock integrations makes it easier to use.

It was really inexpensive for what it does. I have one employee plus me, and it seemed like an affordable option for payroll services.

It takes me minutes to run payroll at most. User friendly, great support if I have questions, and easy for my employees to use.

I've been extremely happy with SurePayroll. Taxes are easily done for me and my accountant has also been pleased.

SurePayroll is very easy to use. If I have any questions, I am always satisfied by their excellent customer service.

I have been unable to get this issue corrected. The support emails go to this black hole with no tracking, as there is no Inbox built into the portal.

I get charged for last minute payroll when i forget to dot it by the deadline.

To meet federal and state requirements, the product was a godsend. Easy to use and easy to change.

I was not a part of implementing the change of our payroll to the Sure Payroll software so I can't personally speak into the ease of integration.

Account Executives call constantly, but the minute you have lost your patience with their cumbersome web services, you will not be able to cancel without a long drawn out process.

My agent who set me up was very nice, patient, and helpful. And I am a stickler for great customer service as my business is a call center where we provide excellent customer service for our clients.

I've been using SP for 18 years and for the most part, it works well. I love having access to any reports I need almost instantly.

Customer service was abysmal and the service was very difficult to use. SurePayroll personnel made me feel helpless, confused, and hung out to dry.

Some of the terminology is a bit confusing, but I have no real complaints.

On top of the simple software, the customer service is outstanding.

But when I moved to Surepayroll just to save money I didn't realize how easy payroll really could be. I love their online interface.

This is the easier and best payroll software I have used. It is also a great value.

The support team is very quick to give feedback and help with any technical issues that may arise. They are also working on ways to innovate the hiring process and take feedback from users well.

And a downside of the API integration is that resumes get uploaded to the website files and then sent to Workable, so it leaves a lot of crumbs behind.

Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence,  no more after more usage.

The lack of boolean searching within the candidate database is very frustrating.

This system has really been great for us. It is easy to create jobs, post, and make notes throughout the process.

The tone was downright rude. Because we don't need anything too complicated, we decided to move to another ATS with a slightly lower cost.

Software and features are very intuitive. If you run into an issue their support is top notch and they have great guides.

They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.

Workable is very modern, nice and intuitive UI, easy to learn and to use.

Much better than tracking applicants manually. Good software with good set of features.

Poor customer service, lack of applicants. Get better results directly on Ziprecruiter or Indeed.

The best part of the software is its functionality and ease of use. It is very easy to teach hiring managers to utilize this.

It was nice in searching new best applicants and good in making reports. Help me to in monitoring projects of employees.

Its UI is fantastic, integration with sites such as indeed, monster etc. are seamless and have many other integrations are great.

It felt hard to use compared to similar products from other companies.

Easy integration to Co. website. Easy posting to both free and paid job boards.

Overall Workable has been a huge time saver. It is really amazing to only need to post one job description and have it posted to multiple job sites simultaneously.

This tool saves so much time that it is worth it despite the high cost. You can set up a job opening very quickly with a simple wizard.

IT was great from search to implementation to using it, the experience was very positive and the impact it made to our recruitment activities was apparent day one.

I love workable, I use it for 3 of the companies I am managing recruitment for at the moment, I love its simplicity and integration with all the key tools I use, their customer support is world class.

Workable has proven itself to be, hands down, the best investment we ever made. It automates the manual process of finding and recruiting top talent and is perfect for our growing business.

We love having everything related to the candidate in one place. And being able to have the entire hiring team able to collaborate in one space is excellent.

Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
