In my view, it is the top tool in the market for (a) building great online questionnaires. surveys, tools, and then (b) producing fantastic customized PDF output. Technically: I love the look (and overall UI) of what Pointerpro creates and I love how well it works across devices. Support: All the staff at Pointerpro are just delightful. So professional and so helpful. Solid tool run by professional people. The kind of company I like to have on my side. #### Cons It's a complex tool, but that said, it has be really: building decent, multi-branch surveys with scoring systems behind them *is* a complex endeavour! If you start off by accepting that it'll take you a while to get up the learning curve, you'll be fine. It is easy to pick up and use though you do get training which was helpful. #### Cons Our only major issue with it our package did not allow users to print off their results.
