It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.

We have various types of employees with many different schedules. We found this to be pretty straight forward to set up and utilize.

The ease of use is a great aspect. Easy to search for information and pull information within seconds.

I personally like the time clock, and that was the main reason that we picked Synerion. Also because most companies that we researched were American, and we wanted a Canadian company.

We like that you can clock in and out from your Smart phone. Also, we like that staff can manage their own time off requests.

There is no way to have a points system for attendance tracking.

Haven’t had many issues with employees punching in and out since implementation. Very good product, would recommend.

Make sure you understand your departments and how your business is organized. It can be difficult to set up a time and attendance system without knowing your business.

Additionally, Synerion's ability to integrate with other systems and software was a significant advantage, allowing for seamless data exchange and increased automation.

Can look at the whole team or an individual employee. We can adjust any of the areas that will benefit us when discussed with a Synerion team member.

Some software navigation tools (performance Dashboard Black hole) were difficult to find work around.

Customer service is good. The reps try to help us as much as they can.

The fact that I need to always do the mass copy, and then remember to go back and remove the stat days, is not ideal. And if we forget, the stat days have problems.

Aside from the great system functionality, the implementation phase was very smooth, and the on-going customer support is awesome.

Easy to use, the guide explains well, easy to understand and to find.

The geo-location is nice to make sure they are at the correct location when clocking time. The reports are good and easy to use.

We are using the time and attendance feature and export to payroll. It made a great impact on the number of human errors that we used to have before we implemented Synerion.

They almost never interfered with the software but once an employee disappeared from the system. A quick email with customer service fixed that.

Cost benefits are great, and system is a lot more reliable than our last one.

The wed access is wonderful for our supervisors, they can access from their smart phone or on their home cumputers.
