Swingvy is the most suitable HR Software in Singapore
It is fantastic, I totally recommend this product to peers.
PROSIt is easy to use, it has very good user interface and design. The support is awesome! Charissa is very responsive and helps out alot.
CONSThere is nothing we dislike at the moment.
Reasons for switching to Swingvy
I was looking to make my life easier.

HR app with the best bang for your buck
Easy with a good UI/UX. Suitable for companies of all sizes.
PROSIt's very easy to use, with a great UI/UX. It covers a lot of the necessary feature of what HR tool should.
CONSNew features are rolled out in a slower manner so you are stuck with the core essential ones. Would love to see feedback management option that we can roll out during performance reviews/quarterly reviews.

Basic and that's about it
Overall great experience, hits the basic of a HR management app
PROSWhat i like it's that it is easy to use, and covers the necessary bases for HR management.
CONSThe software was not difficult to use but it does not present many functions or features. Would be great perhaps if employees could submit anonymous feedback to HR.

The software suitable for startups
Overall, Swingvy assists me a lot of time in doing the routine task so that I can have more time to take care of my customers
PROSAs a startup, we take lots of time on sales or RD. Swingvy is just like an assistant, to help us on lots of complicated administrations task.
CONSAs a user in Taiwan, we are likely to see the software add more functions such as labor insurance calculation (needs to be renew as the new law)

Great HR solution for a Asia company
So far so good.
PROSThe best part of the software is it is very suited for Asia companies, since it compliance with the local regulations which is very suitable for companies, others are too general, and lack compliance with the law.
CONSIt is very suitable for our size around 20, just moving our HR, procurement progress, etc.. on the platform.
