TalentPeak’s technology embeds action links in managers' appraisal forms, which can reduce the number of steps a manager takes during the review preparation step and save time. Text boxes have no content limitations and a bulk create appraisals feature eliminates the need to create a single appraisal for each employee.

Trying to find a product that works for all areas of the business is difficult, as there are a wide variety of technical competencies amongst the workforce. This product fits them all! I started an initiative over a year ago to get all of my companies, 5, onto an electronic platform. Each company, mostly under 50 employees, wanted something different for their performance management system. TP was amenable to create separate databases for each company, which was key in our vendor selection. Ron Hiller and his team went beyond any normal expectation of support from a small client, which is why I would recommend them to anyone.
My only disappointment is the goal manager seemed somewhat convoluted for me. I'm working through with Ron and his team but we have not implemented that as much as I would like to have done. I also would like to be able to customize the open ended questions for each user, but we have worked through that also. This just reflects the flexibility of the system.
Training from TP was key and they did not disappoint and were available for webinars and go to meetings at every single request. I work for a company with a support team for software, so my expectation was somewhat high, and I was not disappointed.

The pro to having such a software for supervisor's perspective, it's paperless, notes are easy to track, and emails document conversations. The learning module help eliminate lost training certifications and documentation. Plus, it helps employees keep track of their own professional development plan.
