Talenta Review based on My Experience

I guess i have a love and hate relationship with Talenta. It is true that Talenta has supported me in my jobs, but of course, you could be better, Talenta!

PROS

Cant say this product 100% easy to use, but i agree that Talenta is very useful. I like the interface and how the products/features can provide useful information clearly. Even though sometimes i found their settings is complicated when in fact, it could be lot of easier.

CONS

Currently i dont like the new helpdesk support. After it changed around 2 weeks ago, it became more complicated for me to ask a support from the team. Their response is became slower, and the chat is automatically disconnected after 30 minutes (?) and we are forced to continue the conversation via email. such a big hassle for me. Also we cant find our previous conversations in the chat box like before. Now we can only search in email?? by reading our conversation from the bottom to the top??? soooo annoying!

PROS

It has a rich of features needed by managers or business owners, Talenta offers the most needed system for HR to manage the employees.

CONS

People, in general, didn't know about the Talenta software, hopefully, Talenta can share more information so people notice about the benefit of it.

The HRIS that will make your life easier

Overall, Talenta has been very helpful in streamlining HR processes, even though I don't have a specific HR role. It has also helped to improve inter-employee performance.

PROS

I find the attendance, payroll, task management, and forms management features on Talenta very helpful.

CONS

I rarely use the recruitment and some other features that are still not relevant to the scale of my company.
