The best feature about Talentstream recruit is the track metrics which focus in on the success of campaign efforts on any given role. On the opposite side for applicants, it cuts down greatly on application process which incentives more candidates to apply! This has allowed me to better tailor my search and receive a greater talent pool.
Perhaps expand further into gaming sector specifically. I feel this would greatly help my target audience. Typically, I emphasize technologies to find candidates in gaming.
Definitely, give Talentstream Recruit a chance, after you experience its readiness to use you won't have a reason to open up so many other search engines.

This search engine has helped me search most of my resumes over the years. It has also given me ease to contact resumes that I find fit for the job. I also like the filters which help narrow down the resumes i eventually see. I mostly always recommend CareerBuilder to my connects.
The Career Builder website was very easy to navigate, and search for jobs in my area, and had more choices available in a reasonable distance from my home. I also, like the friendly but simple layout of the website. An improvement would perhaps be adding an extensive add-on that helped out with both cover letters and resumes and make it so it is easy to make cover letters specific to certain jobs.Overall it is not entirely different from other sites but it's always wonderful.
the least i like about the website is that you cannot quick view the resume to be sure enough to open it since it is all about the views. Also the filter for years of experience can sometimes give you not so relevant results. It would be nice to have more precise results.

It could be a little more user friendly and maybe get a new look to it. It has looked the same for a long time.
Over the years, career builder has updated their design of the application which all feels more intuitive and looks very clean/crisp.
Honestly one of my least favorite aspects of career builder are the amount of spammy job postings that seem to be a higher percentage of postings compared to other software. These jobs do not build careers often, and drive applicants away from the site

this software has helped me find the right fit to many jobs. Jobs are also easy to post with the selection of templates which can be saved for future job postings and is also a very handy option. The search engine also helps me to narrow down my search with the specific set of filters they offer.
It is best for advertising and is also used by professionals of most skill sets so you get quite the amount of resume that you can work through to find the best fit. Also love the templates where you get to save templates for future use while posting jobs.
Candidates do not always add their information to connect with them which makes it difficult to connect. It would be great if contact information was mandatory for all applicants. Besides that I would say just a few bugs to fix and they could be top-notch.
The boolean search function allows me to be very specific with who and what i am sourcing on. I utilize the and and or statements the most when it relates to technologies.
Seeing repeat candidates names. It always seems to be the same few names every time I log on. I would like to see more and new talent on the site.

Career builder Application tracking is best for getting the best resumes/ candidates in bulk for the recruitment. Also the CB edge feature is fantastic in it that can even able to provide the email of the passive candidates.
Sometimes, it provides 2-3 profiles of the same candidates in different locations. So that should be merged and only the updated profiles must be shown while searching for the profile.

Easy applicant tracking and filtering.
Fairly easy to navigate. Easy to filter and update applicant. Great tracking tool for job openings that tend to get alot of applicants.
Able to search nationwide for candidates and able to contact them via email or phone. You are able to creat folders and keep notes on candidates. Rating is also easy to keep your team on the loop.
Many profiles are outdated, it seems like careerbuilder is phasing out like myspace did and its not facebook. Careerbuilder would need to step up in being more creative and making the website more appealing and user friendly.
I found that it provides a strong source for a pipeline of candidates. From postings we are able to track and organize candidates to specific jobs and everyone in our company has real time status of recruiting. We have made a lot of hires from the site and plan to continue using it in the futurel.
What do you dislike?
Too many unqualified people for higher level/ more technical jobs Not great for the IT positions. I find that I spend a lot of time reviewing underqualified resumes to find the matches. Customer service is ok, very hands off, which has it's pros and cons. They do not offer a lot of assistance unless you ask for it.
