I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date. #### Cons No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. Especially for those employees that don't have company email. #### Cons As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee. It helped us contact trace when we stopped requiring temperature checks #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Setting up and adding employees is very easy. Customer service manages issues in a timely manner and resolved every issue (minor). We use a text message service so employees do not need to upload an app and tracking is easy on my laptop so I do not need to install an app either. #### Cons Employees tend to forget or decide to stop answering the text messages. Also, being able to create or print a list of who selected "clear" wasn't easy. "Exporting" a list wasn't always accurate as days blended together in the document. #### Vendor response Thanks for the review Robert! We're happy to see the overall experience has been positive.
