Overall good - it had alot of great capabilities in terms of reporting and great search-ability functions.

It has been a great experience overall. The customer service is great, the people are very friendly and attentive and the software is easy to use and fulfills all of our needs.

The ease of use, ability to automate, ease of access (no weird accounts or software downloads) and the ability to have a good pool of applicants within days.

JazzHR has been a great applicant tracking system for us. Very user friendly and customizable.

The integration to our website is ugly, doesn't allow us to customize appearance and what not.

Their customer service is thorough and courteous. I highly recommend JazzHR to any company using an ATS.

I have been using Indeed for my recruiting needs, so I looked at JazzHR through the lens of whether or not the cost and functionality justified the switch.

Its got great value for free. You can syndicate to several free job boards instantly and extend your reach geographically.

Easy integration and user upgrades, great customer support, post job openings to multiple job boards with one click, communicate and track applicant interview progress in one place.

We are excited to continue its use and happy to recommend it to  human resource departments for companies small to moderate size.

When I'm working between a few projects at the same time sometimes I miss the second click and my time doesn't run until I find out.

Ease of use and ability to integrate with other platforms.

Time Camp helps me monitor my time and use it more effectively. The features I appreciate the most are bulk edit, customizable reports and browser activity tracking.

Excellent for keeping me focused on completing a project and then to help me review my week.

Our team loves the budget analysis capabilities. I love the graphical timesheet and manual timer.

It's very good because you can easily integrate with other tools you already use (task management, project management, notes, etc.).

They then went on to accusingly claim that we changed the credit card number. They then refused to cancel the account or issue a refund.

Have enjoyed using it and it has a lot of features in the FREE version that are great. Even greater features available in the pad version.

The Profit/Loss statements feature of this software is one of the client favorites. Subscription cost is low and affordable.

The only downside I can think of is that you need the paid version for full functionality- but that is to be expected.

In the beginning we were paying monthly, but switched to annual billing. We realized when renewal came around that 1/2 our users were no longer using the software so we cancelled those users.

Ve sent them screen shots and I admit they seem to have tried to figure it out, but it's crazy -- very frustrating.

The time tracker, the feature I'm using the most to measure my time and budget, works like a charm. Once you've set up the keywords, you don't need to worry about anything else.

It's very easy to use for tracking projects with friendly user interface.

We like how it integrates well with our project management software. It also has great analytical reports that in turn help us better our business practices.

If we had stuck with monthly billing, this would not have been a problem. So word of warning - stick with monthly billing so you can cancel and avoid the issue we had.

I find the icons on mobile to be too large and that makes it hard to navigate from the app.
