Overall good - it had alot of great capabilities in terms of reporting and great search-ability functions.

It has been a great experience overall. The customer service is great, the people are very friendly and attentive and the software is easy to use and fulfills all of our needs.

The ease of use, ability to automate, ease of access (no weird accounts or software downloads) and the ability to have a good pool of applicants within days.

JazzHR has been a great applicant tracking system for us. Very user friendly and customizable.

The integration to our website is ugly, doesn't allow us to customize appearance and what not.

Their customer service is thorough and courteous. I highly recommend JazzHR to any company using an ATS.

JazzHR was very easy to use and navigate. I was able to select my top candidates and view their resumes directly on JazzHR.

I have been using Indeed for my recruiting needs, so I looked at JazzHR through the lens of whether or not the cost and functionality justified the switch.

Its got great value for free. You can syndicate to several free job boards instantly and extend your reach geographically.

Easy integration and user upgrades, great customer support, post job openings to multiple job boards with one click, communicate and track applicant interview progress in one place.

We are excited to continue its use and happy to recommend it to  human resource departments for companies small to moderate size.

It's nice and flexible and a good value for what it costs. That said it is based on an outdated model of a hierarchical structure.

This is a good product with a great price and excellent customer service.

The ability to customize the software to meet our needs has been a big plus. Customer support has always been very responsive and helpful.

The employees complain about performance management; but not about trakstar. I always separate the two.
