About Time Clock MTS

Time Clock MTS is an on-premise human resource (HR) management solution that helps businesses track employees' check-in/out timings to streamline payroll processes. Administrators can record staff members' attendance in a built-in database, define overtime or accrual rules and ensure compliance with various industry regulations.

Time Clock MTS allows organizations to track employees' activities, generate punch card reports and receive automated notifications about time-off requests. Managers can share attendance information with colleagues and utilize the search functionality to retrieve staff members' details from the database. Additionally, it protects confidential data using various security features such as employee PINs, fingerprint detection, employee image capture and audit trail.

Time Clock MTS enables businesses to generate payroll reports with details including employee costs, job cost and activity summaries. Pricing is available on a one-time license and support is extended via email, phone, FAQs and other online measures.

Perfect time clock system for small businesses

Ease of use, great reporting options, and works great on a network.

Cons:

The administrator module can only be accessed by one person and needs to put under a windows account that won't be terminated if the administrator leaves.

Network version turns all computers into timeclocks for punch in and out. Very easy to use. Easy to manage employees and print reports needed.

No cons. Everything is easy to set up and works as expected.

Pros:

It is really easy to use for both the administrator and staff. Our staff likes it because they can view their remaining PTO. It's simple to clock in and out and easy to run reports.

Cons:

It's a little harder to use with multiple locations but other than that, it works great.

Helpful with payroll!

We've been using Time Clock MTS for several years now and have not had any problems. It has really made payroll much easier. Also,,Simple for our staff to use. I like to print it out and have them sign the printed copy as proof that they verified their hours are correct. Overall happy with it.

It is reliable and easy to use. It allows for any corrections that need to be made. I like that it tracks all punches in and all punches out taken and gives you a summary. It has a lot of other features I'm not currently utilizing.

Correcting missed punched in or punches out punches can be tricky

Time tracking made simple

We started out only needing a time clock system for a few employees. As we grew, the system scaled along with us to tracking time for over 100 employees.

Pros:

The application is simple to set up and use but is also feature rich for more complicated uses. The fact that a fingerprint reader can be used for verification is fabulous. Reporting is fairly comprehensive and all reports can be output to a spreadsheet.

Cons:

The basic application is based on an Access database which leads to some unique networking problems. If the network is having trouble, it is possible to have data corruption.
