It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.

We like all the information/data was shown on the home page. We fill it's a great product for the cost.

Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.

There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.

The user manual is excellent as well. In over 7 years I have only needed to call tech support once.

Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.

On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.

I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.

The software itself works DECENT but again the customer service, lack of effort or personalization you receive is thee worst I've experience working with vendor.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the IOS app. I can quickly and easily clock in and out and view as well as verify my hours.

The employees, all of them, remind me of a family that enjoys spending time together whether it is work or having fun and their customers always come first.

Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.

I can call anytime with any questions and they help me. I love that it integrates with my payroll software.

I like it's ease of use to our everyday employees that may not be as tech-savvy. It's pretty user friendly on the day to day level.

It's user friendly and there's so much you can do in the software. UltiPro is always finding new ways of making their tool better and I love that part.

The aesthetics of the software is ugly and it has a terrible layout compared to others that are in the market like ADP.

Looks nice, positions itself as the best HRIS out there, but not worth the money. Has all the modules you would ever need though.

It is a great HR Core/ Benefit product that is easy to integrate into account software and Time & Attendance via API's.

Just finding the correct fields you need for the reports is difficult and then figuring out how to merge or link them is even more difficult.

It also offers no reason why something isn't available to the user (such as out of enrollment window flag or similar). New hires are confused when something simply doesn't work.

It’s rare but when it is it’s an inconvenience. With the amount of employees it is a pain to have to manually put in everyone’s hours.

They are open to feedback and are responsive and I really like how they take their time to help you understand your request is being met.

Love the ease of use for this software. Employees and Employers find it very easy to use and navigate.

With expense management integrated, it is one of the best HR products.

Overall I have enjoyed working in UltiPro. The training videos are very helpful to understanding navigation and submitting requests.

People get paid, the reports are great, managers find it easy to use, rapid response folks are helpful in a pinch, and it's nice the same service rep stays with you from case opening to close.

We have realized some streamlined payroll business practices, and within Onboarding as well. The overall experience with this software and company have been very good, with some room for improvement.

We went from in house software to ultipro. I like the functionality and ease of access ultipro provides as a an end user.

We have enjoyed great flexibility in the way we create our files in it. The fact that it allows for different items to be added, things like the date, in a way suitable for each company is priceless.

UltiPro was nice as it had a suite of everything you'd need all in one platform. When set up appropriately, you can get some pretty good efficiency out of this product.

The menu is confusing and it can be hard to read. The paystub feature seems to have too much information that is unnecessary.

The biggest problem I have is with UltiPro is the customer service. I cannot believe the disregard for myself and the employees of my company.

They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.

There are many out of the box reports pre-configured and you can build your own to meet your individual customized business needs. It's highly reliable and customer support is great.

My favorite feature is on boarding, I think it’s a wonderful improvement and I think it was completely worth the price for how much easier it makes on boarding virtual employees.

The best project cost estimates creation and analytical functions are responsive and Asset management using UKG Pro is more helpful and productive.

OVERALL- This software gets the job done but it takes double the time with little to no customer service, horrible reporting and zero training that lead to daily headaches.

I like this new UltiPro payroll. All data is easy to retrieve, good to navigate through.
