Pros/Cons
Pros
- Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.
- TimeClock is perfect for people that need an accurate way to look at all of their working hours and clock in an out with ease. It is a perfect software to use with employees and it is so easy to do.
- Overall we have a good experience with TCP and their customer support is very good.
Cons
- I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.
- On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.
- Also, I'm not sure if it is with my program in particular, but one personal dislike that I have is that it logs you out too soon. I could use a little more time with the site before it logs me out.
Pros
- I like the tool, its very easy to use and invites to give feedback that you hadn't thought about, and its the kind of feedback that will improve the result as a whole, more than individually.
- It's a very good value, the customer service is terrific and it really helps simplify and streamline the evaluation process.
- The most likable piece of WorkStory is how it's goal is to allow employees the ability to grow and improve their skills much sooner than a yearly or bi-annual review.
Cons
- Also there is a ton of data. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep track of all of the feedback.
- It can be hard to manage cadence and quantity of reviews.
- I'm on a small (8 perrson) team and I have found anonymity to be very difficult if not impossible with reviews.
