Katleyn and Tyler did a great job. They quickly and clearly answered my questions so that I could make the right decision on how to move forward. The reports can be downloaded to excel and then easily managed. Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to convince a new employee we aren't tracking them all over the place. It would be nice if there was some type of support statement Timeero provided to the new employee at the time of signing up that as long as they log out, their location tracking is dismantled. Almost always it ends up on two pages because the Timeero header takes up so much room. Reasons for switching to Timeero Very expensive! We didn't feel it was as user friendly as Timeero is. But this service is built for a large team, and, as a one-man show, I feel that. One expects as a company grows older, service diminishes, but I've not seen that here. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always a great technician when you need a hand. Cons: It always asks to verify location. I see the need for some, but there should be an on/off switch. Perhaps this is a hold-over from earlier versions that may not have tracked so well. I've never seen it need to update a location when I start or stop. Reasons for choosing Timeero Price and the fact when my phone rung, a person answered. Reasons for switching to Timeero Multiple problems. The "straw that broke the camel's back" came when I was sleeping (with my phone by me). They recorded a trip that I took from my home to an old work address that I had not visited since loading that app onto my phone one hour away. The hour-long trip started about 3:00 AM. I like that the app tracks mileage and I can see where they are on the maps and feel more confident as an employer. I also think it is a great value compared to other products on the market. Before I was doing it all manually, which was really taking up a lot of my time. This has also definitely made my life easier when it comes to billing as well. There is a little bit of a learning curve to learning how to use this, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has been fantastic with making sure that I have been set up with knowledge of how to do everything and is always available to answer questions I have. Cons: There's a little bit of a learning curve to it. I have one employee, and there have been a couple times the mileage didn't track, or that they thought they had clocked out, but were still logged in. However, I am not sure if that is a user error or has to do with the app. Reasons for choosing Timeero I had used Quickbooks Time in the past and was familiar with it. However, Timeero has basically all the same features, I just needed to learn how to use them, for a fraction of the cost, which is awesome for a start up company. We do not use all of the features Timeero offers but it fulfills all of our needs. My favorite feature is the customer service. Being able to speak to a representative or chat with a rep without having first to deal with an AI Bot is priceless. I also appreciate that they do not send you a bunch of articles and want you to figure it out for yourself. It is a huge timesaver just to have someone help you and be done with it. Cons: In the very beginning when I first started using Timeero in order to make adjustments to a timesheet you had to leave the report and go into the individuals timesheet to make changes.
