A significant advantage is its user-friendly interface for both employees and administrators, as well as a section for additional information and guides. The modules are constantly being developed, so there is an opportunity to influence the program's shape #### Cons Some features are not very intuitive and don't align with our specific needs. A significant challenge is the long waiting time for a response from the Customer Care department, with which contact is only through email. #### Reasons for switching to tomHRM Due to the growth of the organization, we needed something more than just an ATS #### Vendor response Hello! We listen to our customers' feedback and add about a dozen new features and improvements every month. However, the system is developed as a universal system for all customers, so it can't be tailored to the specific needs of a particular customer. Our customer support team is available by email and live chat. We've improved our average CC response time over the last few months, so we're hopeful that your experience with tomHRM will be in line with your expectations in this area. In terms of features is as good as more widespread software, and definitely is much more affordable.
