Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Streamlines all of our work. Makes scheduling easier. Easy to build reports. Great customer service.

  • ability to customize settings, simple easy to use UX and small company feel when i needs support! able to use for sales team & recruiting team.

  • Cons

  • It can be a little difficult figuring out at first. I have enjoyed the training and webinars, but without those, it can be hard to figure out on your own when getting started.

  • Occasionally, Tracker does not save properly. Although it is a very rare occasion, it does happen from time to time and usually it doesn't save the History which reflects documents sent.

  • Pros

  • very user friendly and easy to navigate! So much you can do on here

  • Easy to use Love the "I want to..." search button Neutral colors

  • Cons

  • The mobile version sometimes glitches, but I can usually reboot it.

  • not easy to customize to my needs I have send some e-tickets, but still waiting for the results
