  • Pros

  • The Customer Service team at TrackTik is amazing as well. They are very responsive and when you do have an issue, it is resolved quickly.
  • Jeremy Greene's customer service has been fantastic. Anytime I have questions or need help, he responds quickly and always helpful.
  • I like the ability to have the software customized to fit our needs. I like the ability to have scheduling, payroll, billing and guard tour software all on one platform.
  • Cons

  • Panic button being set off accidently at all hours. Complaint from users is the panic button is to big.
  • Trying to get anything done is really frustrating. Expect to wait days or weeks for "support" to get back to you, and 9/10 times the response is that the problem can't be duplicated.
  • No automatic reminders to staff when their skill is about to expire. No dashboard telling administrators how many staff are compliant.

  • The customer rep was always on hand to help out with the product. You could tell they were passionate about it, and it really helped our team get excited about its use.
  • It is probably the best visitors management system that I have come across and the implementation team and support staff are polite, professional and awesome to work with.
  • The personal care that he took to ensure a smooth roll out for us was a great comfort. Thank you for the many emails, phone calls, demonstrations, and the considerations to our facility.
  • Cons

  • I'm unsure if the printing machine is related to traction, or something our company implemented ourselves, but there has been multiple errors regarding this.
  • These are the two most frustrating things I have come across in being directly involved with the product the past year and a half.
  • Need to be able to notify Supervisor or host when an individual fails a health screen question rather than individual self reporting.
