Clearly see what % everyone in the workplace is at. A good visualization and consolidation of data. #### Cons Nothing I can think of. I think it can still be confusing which items are best to be a Policy vs a Process vs a Subject. It's great that we can test our team members and track their progress with training. Trainual has solved the issue of having scattered documents because everything we need is centralized, and everyone uses the same information. It's fantastic being able to know who is engaging with the content. I appreciate the capacity to include presentations and YouTube videos, which was initially tricky but ultimately very useful. The platform also allowed us to update our training library with pre-recorded YouTube materials, making everything easily accessible. Overall, the training sessions were highly productive, and the setup was quite smooth. Our Team uses Trainual on a daily basis as it has the playbooks that our various Teams utilise for everything that they need to know or learn more about. I also love that you are able to share other department playbooks with everyone so that Teams have a clear overview of everyone's responsibilities and what is expected of them. Trainuals customer service and community is super helpful and I regularly find myself reading through what other people have posted to learn more about the features we have access to. They implementation Team is always looking for new ideas and very happy to take on suggestions from the users. #### Cons Sometimes the mobile app is a bit slow and it doesn't have all the features that the computer version has - we have a lot of Team members on the ground that use the mobile app and rely on it for information while on sites. #### Reasons for choosing Trainual Trainual's technology fitted very well with our tech as a Proptech company. Their initial business call was great and they made me feel very confident in their services. #### Reasons for switching to Trainual The previous platform that we used was not user friendly and lost a selection of our data. #### Vendor response Wow — this absolutely made our day! Trainual has enabled us to do this in a way that engages our audience much more. It has received great feedback from our new hires during the onboarding process. #### Cons Although it's still a new feature, I've encountered some personal issues with uploading a video directly to Trainual for hosting. It will say it may take up to 10 minutes, but do not go anywhere. Its been an extremely great experience. I have had [sensitive content hidden] who have helped me get implemented on trainaul and then after implementation the follow ups have been great. Trainual is very user friendly and allows you to manage your employees training and onboarding in one place. But it also allows you to add chrome extensions to sites your company uses, so they can access training notes as they are doing the process. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros The fact that you can assign content to specific users, the chrome extension which allows the team to follow steps while they are doing the process. The AI is a great feature to being able to ask a question and have the AI pull from all published content on Trainual is very useful and it even links where the employee can find the content. #### Cons Importing documents, require formatting. Somethings are harder to get on than others. Though I found some work arounds that make it easier.
