Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.

We've had a great experience with TriNet and will continue to use the platform. It's very easy to get a member of TriNet's support team on the phone (within a minute) if we need assistance.

I really liked the personal service TriNet used to provide. However, they have changed their Customer Service model to more of a call center instead of having two people assigned to each client.

Quite possibly the worst company we work with.

They refused to confirm my employment via phone because it was against their policy.

I love that TriNet just takes care of everything for you, they really are a full featured offering that has everything you need for HR/Payroll and benefits.

They failed to deliver on specific requests multiple times. I had to ask to change my payroll service agent because he did not know the law or the platform well.

I don't have enough time to list them all but here are the highlights: (1) They have made several serious mistakes in payroll that caused my and my team countless lost hours.

They did upgrade some of the web software but there are still places where you click and find yourself in the old horrible software that is klunky and difficult to use.

Benefit selection for Small companies is excellent - variety and pricing. Our increase in rates over the past 2 years has been only about 5% per year.

Overall we're very satisfied with TriNet - from the benefits offered to the functionality of the portal and the webinars provided to educate our staff on best practices.

I just recently started using Trinet for our benefits and payroll provider. As an employee, it's a very easy process to get started adding direct deposit, declaring benefits, documents, etc.

I like how easily I can manage things on here-how much goes into which account and budgeting, as well as my health insurance.

The best part about Tri Net is customer support.

I liked that all employee benefits were under the trinet system.

The rest of the software feels archaic and the customer service model revamp is a disaster.

Our company had no cohesive, one stop shop for all of the services TriNet provides until we switched to TriNet, so it solved all of our problems with one software.

The sheer variety of options and capabilities is  excellent. Very good insurance options offered throughout the country.

I like the interface for the product; from an administrator's perspective it's fairly easy to use with no training.

Now I have to start all over with someone else who has no idea what they're talking about. Have you ever worked with Comcast before.

The payroll invoice and payroll register are very clear and easy to use. I love that once you enter an employee's basic information, the employee logs into the portal and registers for benefits, etc.

Overall I was happy with Trinet. The main thing was that everything was accessible through the single dashboard which makes all the difference.

Trinet has many reports and emails and alerts but you can't find these hidden prices any where. Avoid them at all costs because on top of these scam prices, their service is horrible.

TriNet offers a great end-to-end platform to operate our Human Resources. We also love TriNet's customer service.

Had high expectations from the sale and they completely failed to deliver.
